Professor Adebayo Adedeji – Chairman of the Board
Former UN Under Secretary-General & Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Africa. Current Executive Secretary of the African Centre for Development & Strategic Studies. Former Federal Commissioner for Economic Development & Reconstruction (1971–1975).
Mr. Kola Akosile – Managing Director / CEO
Investment banker and development finance expert with over 19 years’ experience. Former Assistant General Manager – Corporate and Institutional Banking at Eko International Bank Plc. Alumnus of New York Institute of Finance, World Bank Institute, and Arthur D. Little.
Mr. Olufemi Oyeobu – Director
Chartered Banker and Chartered Stockbroker with over 18 years’ experience in UBA, First City Merchant Bank, and First Interstate Merchant Bank. Currently Assistant General Manager – Planning and Monitoring, Petroleum Development Fund (PTDF), Abuja.
Mr. Mallam Umar Abdullahi – Director
Experienced accountant with a B.Sc in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University. Worked in NNPC, TIQUEST Ltd, Empire Group, and Fidelity IntraAfrica. Currently Managing Director/CEO of Valcon Nigeria Limited.
